Direct Concrete isn't your standard ready-mix outfit. We run mobile mass-flow plants right on the jobsite — and we need strong team members to join our constantly expanding company. We pour 100+ yards an hour, sustained, for months at a time. That's the kind of capacity built for big industrial slabs, data center pads, manufacturing floors, and remote infrastructure work — the jobs where the local plant just can't keep up and where you can build a career servicing the exploding power transmission and data center markets. That means reliable work and steady industry-leading opportunities. The salary for this position ranges from $40,000 to $50,000 annually. We also offer long-term disability benefits for all employees.
